The kits already come with materials for one craft, in addition to an instruction book and templates.  If you order a kit, and want extra materials for everyone at the kid's table or party, this expansion pack is a perfect time saver.  Each expansion pack has just the materials to make 2 more crafts.  Order as many as you need!
